que me traz aqui hoje é a partilha de um poema inédito, que escrevi em
outubro de 2024 e que versa sobre o feminino, acerca do empoderamento, da
autoafirmação e autoestima que tanto precisamos nos dias que correm. É
especialmente relevante quando, por todo o lado, surgem notícias de desrespeito
pela Nossa integridade.
Na
realidade, ao longo da história da humanidade, as mulheres têm sofrido, e ainda
sofrem, inúmeras faltas de respeito à sua integridade física e moral. E por
isso, este poema é tão relevante para a tomada de consciência global.

e autoafirmação ao Dia Internacional da Mulher, que se celebra daqui a

de M Grande
Dizem-te
que não vales, olham sem ver,
Mas
dentro de ti há um poder a crescer.
És feita
de força, de sonhos e dor,
E
ninguém te dirá o que é o teu valor.
Levanta
a cabeça, ergue a tua voz,
Sabes
quem és, não precisas de nós.
A tua
alma brilha como ouro ao sol,
És
rainha no teu próprio rol.
Afasta-te
de quem não te souber amar,
De quem
tentar a tua luz apagar.
O teu
lugar é no alto, és o teu farol,
Navegas
firme, num destino maior.
Tens
tudo aquilo que o mundo precisa,
A tua
essência é pura, forte, precisa.
És
Mulher com M, grande, inteira,
E
ninguém te pode pôr na beira.
EN: Hello! What brings me here today is the sharing of an
unpublished poem, which I wrote in October 2024, and which is about the
feminine, concerning empowerment, self-affirmation, and self-esteem that
we so greatly need nowadays. It is especially relevant when, everywhere we
look, news of disrespect for Our integrity arises.
In reality, throughout human history,
women have suffered, and still suffer, countless instances of disrespect for
their physical and moral integrity. And because of this, this poem is so
relevant for global awareness.

Woman with a Capital W
They tell you that you're worthless, they look without
seeing,
But inside of you there is a power growing.
You are made of strength, of dreams, and of pain,
And
no one will tell you what your worth is.
Lift up your head, raise your voice,
You know who you are, you don't need us.
Your soul shines like gold in the sun,
You are queen in your own world.
Step away from those who don't know how to love you,
From those who try to put out your light.
Your place is high up, you are your own beacon,
You sail steady, towards a greater destiny.
You have everything that the world needs,
Your essence is pure, strong, precise.
You are a Woman with a capital W, whole,
And no one can push you aside.
