Sinto-me muito feliz e agradecida pelo caminho percorrido através dos livros que publiquei. Depois de te falar de Animais Poéticos, Antologia Poética M.ª Leonor Costa e Poesias Mundanas, hoje apresento-te o meu quarto livro, uma obra que nasceu do coração: "Mulheres que Somos: Poemas de Força e Superação".

Este livro é um resgate e uma celebração do sagrado feminino, algo tão necessário nos dias de hoje. Ele nasce da exaltação da mulher em todas as suas formas, das suas múltiplas identidades e das suas infinitas possibilidades. Cada mulher carrega dentro de si uma força transformadora, capaz de se reinventar e de desafiar as limitações impostas.

É uma homenagem a todas as mulheres — à Sufragista, à Mãe Terra, à Visionária e à Xamã — que moldam a história com coragem, sensibilidade e sabedoria.

I feel very happy and grateful for the journey shared through my published books. After telling you about Poetic Animals, Poetic Anthology M.ª Leonor Costa, and Worldly Poetry, today I present my fourth book, a work from the heart: "The Women We Are: Poems of Strength and Overcoming" (available in Portuguese).

This book is a retrieval and a celebration of the sacred feminine, so necessary today. It stems from celebrating women in all their forms, their multiple identities, and their infinite possibilities. Every woman carries within herself a transformative strength, capable of reinventing herself and challenging imposed limitations.

It is a tribute to all women — the Suffragist, Mother Earth, the Visionary, and the Shaman — who shape history with courage, sensitivity, and wisdom.

Amante da Natureza (PT)

No abraço sereno do bosque encantado

Onde os ventos cantam histórias esquecidas

Caminha ela, espírito alado,

Tece a vida em raízes retorcidas.

Os rios sussurram segredos ancestrais

Enquanto os céus se tingem de aguarela,

Em cada folha mil murmúrios vitais

A terra vibra em harmonia com ela.

O seu toque é leve, mas deixa marcas,

Nas asas do vento, na brisa que passa

Planta esperança onde a dor estaca

E encontra beleza no brotar da carcaça.

Guardiã do mundo, dos campos e marés,

Cultiva o verde com mãos de ternura,

Alquimista dos ciclos, dos ramos, dos ares,

Ergue-se firme contra a mão que tortura.

É a amante da vida com a sua pureza,

Ligada ao pulsar que a terra encerra,

É promessa, a eterna certeza,

De que o mundo renasce na mãe da terra.

Nature Lover (EN)

In the serene embrace of the enchanted woods

Where winds sing of stories long forgotten

She walks, a winged spirit in her element,

Weaving life through roots, twisted and sodden.

Rivers whisper ancient secrets to the ear

While the skies are tinged in watercolor hues,

In every leaf, vital murmurs appear

The earth vibrates in harmony with her views.

Her touch is light, yet it leaves its trace,

On the wings of the wind, in the passing breeze

She plants hope where pain has left its face

And finds beauty where life begins to freeze.

Guardian of the world, of fields and of tides,

Cultivating green with hands so tender,

Alchemist of cycles, where the spirit resides,

Standing firm against those who won't surrender.

She is the lover of life in its purest birth,

Bound to the pulse that the ground does keep,

She is the promise, the eternal truth on earth,

That the world is reborn where Mother Nature's deep.
