🌿 Aterrar no Silêncio / Grounding in
Silence

Olá! Que bom ter-te por cá neste espaço de terra, de verdade e de silêncio. 🌿
Há dias em que sinto que tudo acelera
por dentro e por fora. Dias em que o mundo grita demasiado alto, em que o corpo
parece andar desligado da alma e o pensamento salta, inquieto, de preocupação
em preocupação. Nesses dias de tempestade interna, eu procuro o silêncio de uma
árvore.
Abraçar uma árvore é, para mim, um
regresso a casa. É alinhar o corpo com o ritmo lento da natureza e lembrar-me
de que também pertencemos à terra. Lembrar-me de que há raízes profundas em
nós, mesmo quando a vida sopra mais forte e nos sentimos soltos ao vento, sem
saber bem para onde ir.

There
are days when I feel everything accelerating inside and out. Days when the
world screams too loud, when the body seems disconnected from the soul, and
thoughts leap restlessly from one worry to another. On those days of internal
storm, I seek the silence of a tree.
Hugging
a tree is, for me, a homecoming. It is aligning the body with the slow rhythm
of nature and remembering that we, too, belong to the earth. Remembering that
there are deep roots within us, even when life blows harder and we feel loose
in the wind, not quite knowing where to go.

🛡️ O Abrigo que não Julga / The Shelter
that Does Not Judge
PT:
As árvores têm uma sabedoria mansa. Elas não julgam, não nos apressam com
prazos, não respondem com palavras vazias. Elas apenas ouvem em silêncio
absoluto, transmitem uma calma ancestral e guardam segredos antigos gravados
nos seus anéis do tempo. São abrigo e são ensinamento.
Este poema inédito nasceu desse gesto
tão simples e, ao mesmo tempo, tão revolucionário: o de parar e abraçar. Pode
parecer pouco num mundo que valoriza a pressa, mas é um dos maiores atos de
presença que conheço. Quando abraço uma árvore, finalmente aterro em mim.
Deixo-te agora o poema "Abraço
árvores", na esperança de que também te inspire a desacelerar, a
escutar o mundo natural e, acima de tudo, a escutares-te a ti mesmo.
EN: Trees
possess a gentle wisdom. They do not judge, they do not rush us with deadlines,
and they do not reply with empty words. They simply listen in absolute silence,
transmitting an ancestral calm and keeping ancient secrets carved into their
rings of time. They are both shelter and lesson.
This
unpublished poem was born from a gesture so simple and yet so revolutionary:
that of stopping and embracing. It may seem like very little in a world that
values haste, but it is one of the greatest acts of presence I know. When I hug
a tree, I finally land within myself.
I
leave you now with the poem "I Hug Trees", hoping it inspires you to
slow down, to listen to the natural world, and, above all, to listen to
yourself.
