Hoje, abro contigo o portal para um novo ciclo da minha vida. Um ciclo que se veste de palavras fortes, de intenções vibrantes e de uma energia que me impulsiona com força para a frente. Escrevo-te com a memória viva de um momento muito meu: no dia 10 de junho de 2025, no meio do bulício místico e do calor de Banguecoque, na Tailândia, parei para escutar o meu coração. Longe das rotinas e das expectativas habituais, despida de defesas, escolhi três palavras que ecoam profundamente na minha alma e que, sei agora, guiarão todos os meus passos daqui em diante: Imparável, Soberana e Incandescente.

Today, I open the gateway to a new cycle of my life with you. A cycle dressed in strong words, vibrant intentions, and an energy that pushes me powerfully forward. I write to you with the vivid memory of a very personal moment: on June 10th, 2025, amidst the mystical bustle and warmth of Bangkok, Thailand, I stopped to listen to my heart. Far from routine and usual expectations, stripped of defenses, I chose three words that echo deeply in my soul and that, I now know, will guide my every step from here on out: Unstoppable, Sovereign, and Incandescent.

💎 A Tríade da Alma / The Soul's Triad

PT: Deixo-te a essência de cada uma destas escolhas, quase como um segredo partilhado ao ouvido:

• Imparável: Esta palavra ressoa com a força motriz que me obriga a seguir em frente, a superar obstáculos e a nunca me deixar abater. Sinto uma chama interior que me torna resiliente, determinada a alcançar os meus objetivos na escrita e na vida. Ser imparável é abraçar a minha capacidade infinita de me reinventar, mesmo quando o caminho se torna sinuoso.
• Soberana: Para mim, ser soberana vai muito além da autonomia. Significa reconhecer o meu valor intrínseco e a minha capacidade de tomar decisões alinhadas com a minha verdade. É habitar o meu próprio poder com integridade, sem precisar de validação externa para saber quem sou e o que mereço.
• Incandescente: Esta palavra evoca a paixão que arde no meu peito, a energia criativa que me move e o entusiasmo pela vida. Desejo viver este ciclo com intensidade, com a chama da curiosidade sempre acesa e com a vontade de partilhar a minha luz contigo e com o mundo.

EN: I leave you with the essence of each of these choices, almost like a secret whispered in your ear:

• Unstoppable: This word resonates with the driving force that compels me to move forward, to overcome obstacles, and never let myself be dragged down. I feel an inner flame that makes me resilient, determined to reach my goals in writing and in life. To be unstoppable is to embrace my infinite capacity to reinvent myself, even when the path gets winding.
• Sovereign: For me, being sovereign goes far beyond autonomy. It means recognizing my intrinsic value and my ability to make decisions aligned with my truth. It is inhabiting my own power with integrity, without needing external validation to know who I am and what I deserve.
• Incandescent: This word evokes the passion burning in my chest, the creative energy that moves me, and my enthusiasm for life. I wish to live this cycle with intensity, with the flame of curiosity always lit, and with the desire to share my light with you and the world.

livre para trilhar.

Um fogo que consome a inércia,

vívido a brilhar,

Em cada gesto, em cada sonho,

um fulgor a emanar.

A vida pulsa intensa,

um presente a desvendar,

Espírito incandescente,

pronto para incendiar.

a gift to unfold,

ready to catch fire and be bold.
