Poetic Animals

Maria da Graça dos Santos - Born in Mirandela in 1962, Laboratory Specialist Technician. Reformed by a trip to life, she insisted on living and dreaming... One day she left the Scientific Laboratory for the Laboratory of Arts, of brushes and the rainbow of colors. Self-taught plastic artist, she uses several techniques, oil, acrylic, watercolor, and fabric.

She has exhibited in several Art Galleries, collective and individual, with works in Portugal and abroad. She has produced several fabric painting magazines, which have been published in Portugal and Brazil. She participated in the Contemporary Art Book “Arte em Movimento“ (Art in Motion).

She always teaches with the aim of making people believe in the artist that each one has within themselves and promotes occupying the mind with what makes us happy, because we all have the capacity to reinvent ourselves.

She believes that Art is a balm for life's pitfalls, especially when it comes to our health.
