Castanhas aquecem a mão fria

Nozes guardam segredos do tempo

Bolotas caídas traçam a magia

E avelãs riem no chão do vento.

Abóboras brilham como luas no chão

Romãs estalam, rubis da estação

No outono colhe-se mudança e pão

E a vida renasce em transformação.

Os frutos lembram o que em nós permanece,

mesmo quando as folhas se deixam cair;

há sementes de força que o corpo tece,

e sonhos guardados prontos a florir.

E quando o frio se anuncia no peito,

o outono ensina a beleza da espera:

há colheitas que chegam no tempo perfeito,

como a seiva oculta que a alma regenera.

Chestnuts warm the cold hand

Walnuts keep secrets of time

Fallen acorns trace the magic

And hazelnuts laugh on the wind's floor.

Pumpkins gleam like moons on the ground Pomegranates crackle, rubies of the season In autumn, change and bread are harvested And life is reborn in transformation.

The fruits remind us what remains within us, even when the leaves are allowed to fall; there are seeds of strength that the body weaves,

and stored dreams ready to blossom.

And when the cold announces itself in the chest, autumn teaches the beauty of waiting: there are harvests that arrive at the perfect time, 

like the hidden sap that regenerates the soul.
