🌸✨ Queres começar a escrever a tua libertação? Junta-te a mim e descobre como.

Catarse das Palavras / Catharsis of Words - Corpo cansado / Tired body

Tired body
Imagem retirada da Internet e manipulada com/ Image taken from the Internet and manipulated with: https://photomania.net/editor
Corpo cansado
Desmotivado e sem locomoção
Mente desanimada
Não consegue acompanhar a acção.

Necessidade de descanso
Durante todo o dia
Dormir não é suficiente
Para recuperar a energia.

Horas que passam
Sem que te sintas útil
Constantes exigências
De quem se nega ser fútil.

Tired body
Unmotivated and unmoved
Discouraged mind
Can not keep up with the action.

Need for rest
During all day long
Sleeping is not enough
To recover the energy.

Hours passing by
Without you feeling useful
Constant requirements
Who refuses to be futile.

Catarse das Palavras / Catharsis of Words - Algures no mundo / Somewhere in the world

Somewhere in the world
Imagem retirada da Internet e manipulada com/ Image taken from the Internet
Algures no mundo
Alguém está mais triste do que eu
Ou mais feliz.
Alguém é mais rico do que eu
Ou mais pobre.
Alguém neste momento morreu
E um novo bebé nasceu.
Alguém trabalhada
Enquanto outros brincam.
Alguém está a rir às gargalhadas
com certeza há quem esteja a chorar.
A terra continua a girar
O que hoje é algures no mundo
Amanhã pode ser neste lugar.
Alvalade, Lisboa, Portugal,
Poema escrito a computador,

Somewhere in the world
Someone is sadder than me
Or happier.
Someone is richer than me
Or poorer.
Someone at this moment died
And a new baby was born.
Someone worked
While others play.
Someone is laughing loudly
Surely there are those who are crying.
Earth continues to spin
What is today somewhere in the world
Tomorrow may be in this place.

Infância Renascida / Childhood Reborn - Vem brincar comigo / Came play with me

Came play with me
Imagem retirada da Internet e manipulada com/ Image taken from the Internet and manipulated with: https://photomania.net/editor

Vem brincar comigo
Não digas que já não tenho idade
Podemos rebolar na relva
Chamar a nós a felicidade.

Hoje e sempre,
Vamos ser crianças
Renovar o espirito
Com as nossas lembranças.

Isto não é regredir,
É por dentro rejuvenescer
Pulsar a felicidade cá dentro
Como qualquer criança consegue fazer.

Alvalade, Lisboa, Portugal,
Poema escrito a computador,
1 de junho de 2018,
10h17

Came play with me
Do not say I'm too old
We can roll in the grass.
To call happiness to us.

Today and always,
Let's be children.
Renew the spirit
With our memories.

This is not regress,
It's inside to rejuvenate
Throb happiness inside
As any child can do.
