👁️ O Teatro da Mente e da Alma / The Theater of Mind and Soul
PT: Olá!
Que bom ter-te por cá neste dia 18 de setembro de 2026. Hoje é o dia em que o
pano sobe e as portas do meu universo criativo se abrem de par em par para ti. 🌿
Como
te prometi no meu aniversário, este novo ciclo marca uma nova era para a Poesias
da Nonô. Um escritor não é apenas uma pessoa que segura numa caneta; é um
canalizador de múltiplas existências. A escrita curativa e o desenvolvimento
pessoal ensinaram-me que, para nos curarmos, expandirmos e compreendermos a
nossa própria complexidade, precisamos de dar voz a todas as partes que habitam
em nós — as luminosas, as lógicas, as sombrias e as vulneráveis.
Até
hoje, conhecias-me sobretudo através da Nonô e de marcos como o meu livro Animais Poéticos, a minha Antologia
Poética M.ª Leonor Costa (integrada na coleção Disperso e guardada
na Biblioteca Nacional) ou o meu livro bilingue Poesias Mundanas / Worldly
Poetry. Mas a verdade é que o meu ecossistema literário vai muito além: é
habitado por um património de vozes, mentes e alter egos criados nos bastidores
que funcionam como ferramentas de autoconhecimento e cura, e que a partir de
agora começam a revelar-se neste blogue. A inteligente Agostina Leão já se
estreou no passado dia 28 de agosto (e visitará o blogue uma vez por mês); e o
futuro continuará em aberto, pronto a acolher novas personagens e heterónimos à
medida que a minha escrita se expande.
Convido-te
a entrar nos bastidores da minha mente e a conhecer as vozes poéticas que dão
vida a este legado. Aos 51 anos, o meu corpo e a minha mente tornaram-se
pequenos demais para uma única voz. Este ecossistema não foi
"inventado", mas "descoberto" durante o meu caminho de cura
e expansão pessoal.

As I promised on my birthday, this
new cycle marks a new era for Poesias da Nonô. A writer is not just someone
holding a pen; they are a channeler of multiple existences. Healing writing and
personal development have taught me that to heal, expand, and understand our
own complexity, we must give voice to all the parts that live within us — the
luminous, the logical, the dark, and the vulnerable.
Until today, you knew me mostly
through Nonô and milestones such as my book Poetic Animals, my Antologia Poética M.ª Leonor Costa
(included in the Disperso collection at the National Library) or my bilingual
book Poesias Mundanas / Worldly Poetry. But the truth is that my literary
ecosystem goes much further: it is inhabited by a heritage of backstage voices,
minds, and alter egos that serve as deep tools for self-knowledge and healing,
which from now on will begin to reveal themselves here. The intelligent
Agostina Leão already made her debut on August 28th (and will visit the blog
once a month); and the future remains open, ready to welcome new characters and
heteronyms as my writing expands.
I invite you behind the scenes of my
mind to meet the poetic voices that bring this legacy to life. At 51, my body
and mind have become too small for a single voice. This ecosystem was not
“invented,” but “discovered” along my journey of healing and personal
expansion.

Leve, divertida, jovial, observadora, romântica e pueril. É a minha infância
renascida.

Universo infantojuvenil (Animais Poéticos e as histórias da Coelha Nonô)
e poesias mundanas.
Energia: Yin
luminosa. É a minha faceta mais exposta e o coração tradicional deste espaço.

Light, playful, joyful, observant, romantic, and childlike. It is my childhood
reborn.
Territory: Children's universe ("Animais Poéticos" and
the stories of Coelha Nonô) and worldly poetry.
Energy: Luminous Yin. My most exposed facet and the
traditional heart of this space.

Agostina Leão (A Arquitetura da Mente / The Architecture of the Mind)

Uma mulher de 62 anos, serena, focada, cerebral e profundamente justa. O seu
motor é a busca pela ordem e a preservação da memória.
Território:
Comunica estritamente na vertical. O seu espaço pertence apenas aos acrósticos,
puzzles e à ginástica mental.
Energia: Yin
madura e estruturada. É o meu abraço ao futuro e a âncora contra o
esquecimento.

A 62-year-old woman, serene, focused, cerebral, and deeply just. Driven by the
search for order and the preservation of memory.
Territory: Communicates strictly in the vertical. Her space
belongs exclusively to acrostics, puzzles, and mental gymnastics.
Energy: Mature and structured Yin. My embrace of the future
and the anchor against forgetting.
🔥 Bárbara
Brava (O Lado Sombra / The Shadow Side)
PT: Essência:
Visceral, revoltada, impulsiva, direta e sem rodeios, mas sempre justa.
Território: A sua
escrita vive da Catarse das Palavras. Escreve com rascunhos ásperos, gélidos
ou cortantes, deitando cá para fora as dores e o que os outros calam.
Energia: Yang
reativa e telúrica. É o meu grito de revolta, a força para impor limites e
dizer "não".
EN: Essence:
Visceral, rebellious, impulsive, direct, and straightforward, yet always just.
Territory: Her writing thrives on the "Catharsis of
Words" ("Catarse das Palavras"). She writes with rough, icy, or
sharp drafts, pouring out the pain and what others keep silent.
Energy: Reactive and telluric Yang. My cry of rebellion, the
strength to set boundaries and say "no".
🖤 Leonora
Noctis (A Sombra e o Desejo / The Shadow and Desire)
PT:
Essência: Enigmática, sensual, visceral e guardiã dos segredos mais íntimos da
noite. É a voz que explora o erotismo consciente e a anatomia da paixão através
de uma perspetiva puramente feminina.
Território:
A poesia erótica, a "Trilogia da Noite" (Poesias da Noite, Contos
da Noite e Romance da Noite) e os recantos mais reservados da ficção
poética.
Energia:
Yin magnética e nocturna. O santuário da liberdade absoluta e da coragem de
despir a alma sem julgamentos.

Enigmatic, sensual, visceral, and guardian of the most intimate secrets of the
night. She is the voice that explores conscious eroticism and the anatomy of
passion through a purely feminine perspective.
Territory: Erotic poetry, the "Trilogy of the Night" (Poesias

of poetic fiction.
Energy: Magnetic and nocturnal Yin. The sanctuary of absolute
freedom and the courage to bare the soul without judgment.

Manso (A Vulnerabilidade Oculta / The Hidden Vulnerability)

Insegura, tímida, retraída e medrosa. É a personificação das minhas
fragilidades mais escondidas.
Território: Ainda
não se revelou ao mundo. A sua escrita, quando nascer, será sussurrada, cheia
de hesitações e de uma beleza frágil e crua.
Energia: Yin
passiva e defensiva. Representa a criança interior assustada que precisa de ser
acolhida.

Analítico, preciso, cosmopolita e atento aos detalhes que atravessam

PT: Essência: Serena, contemplativa, minimalista e profundamente ligada ao ciclo das estações. É a minha homenagem ao Oriente, especialmente ao Japão. Território: A escrita de Haikus e a exploração da estética do "wabi-sabi" (a beleza na imperfeição). Energia: Yin contemplativa e profunda. O meu sussurro de paz e silêncio.
