verdadeiro sentido da vida se revela.

The world spins, swiftly, without ceasing,
at a pace that takes our breath away and leaves us
reeling.
But there is wisdom in knowing when to stop,
in giving time a new direction.
Rest your body, so worn out,
from races that never seem to end.
Nurture your soul, that sacred space,
which blossoms in silence, in self-love.
Reflect on what truly matters,
on the small gestures that build peace.
Slow your pace, seek clarity,
for only those who find themselves are able to give
more.
It is in rest that strength is born,
in caring that a better future takes root.
Life asks that, for a moment, we listen
to the world’s pulse in a slower rhythm.
Let us be the calm in the midst of the turmoil,
the gentle breeze, the light that shines.
For changing the world, with a mature heart,
begins with the act of caring for ourselves.
