🌬️ O Ritual da Abundância e a Luz de Outubro / 🌬️ The Ritual of Abundance and the Light of October
EN: Today marks the National Day of the People's Republic
of China, a date that turns our gaze toward the East and the immensity of its
history. There are rituals that return us to our inner home with the same
precision: following the conscious intention of summoning the right energy for
what lies ahead, I blew cinnamon at the doorway. Far from being a minor
gesture, it is an intentional act of focus and prosperity: a breath of clarity
that invites abundance to enter, opening paths and clearing the space for what
the new month brings. October always arrives with a dense, golden light,
bringing a sense of withdrawal, but also the impulse to look back and
understand what life has taught us to piece together.

🗺️ 2009: O
Mandarim do Pedro Chói e a Partida / 🗺️ 2009: Pedro Chói's Mandarin and
the Departure
PT: Se
EN: If I close my eyes for a second, I travel without a
return ticket back to 2009. At the time, it all started out of curiosity,
driven by the desire to challenge the mind and fill free time with new sounds.
Fueled by that impulse, I attended a Mandarin course at Pedro Chói's University
of Chinese Medicine. It was an exercise in patience among exotic characters and
tones that my tongue struggled to master. But life has these beautiful ironies:
the seed planted bore fruit, and the journey that followed — organized through
the Macao Delegation — ultimately transformed into an experience of profound
inner rupture.

✍️ O Diário na Gaveta e o
Ritmo do Tempo / ✍️ The Diary in the Drawer and the Rhythm of Time
amadurecia.
pressa, porque as viagens verdadeiras nunca prescrevem — ficam a maturar, à
EN: There, among the dense silence of the temples, the
grey of ancient roofs, and the immensity of a country that breathes at another
temporal rhythm, I began keeping a diary. The years passed. The paper yellowed
slightly, but the words continued to grow with me, reshaped as my writing
matured. That 2009 record has been sleeping patiently in the drawer. There is
no rush, because true journeys never expire — they mature, waiting for the day
they will find their natural destination and the embrace of a publisher that
knows how to listen to their breath. Until then, it sleeps here, between the
cinnamon blown at the door and the certainty that the pages inhabiting us
always find their moment for the world.
luz do dia?
EN: And what about you? Do you also keep a diary or a
project waiting for the right moment to see the light of day? Share it with me
in the comments or send me an email.
Gratitude and Poetic Kisses! 👄☀️
