Hello! Continuing our journey through the feelings we began this past February 14th, today we dive into a concept that fascinates humanity: the Soulmate.

Que eleva a pulsação.

PT: Reflexão: Almas e Chamas Gémeas

Muitas vezes perguntam-me se acredito em almas gémeas. A minha visão pessoal é que não existe apenas uma, mas sim várias ao longo da nossa jornada. Elas aparecem na nossa vida para nos transformar, e nem sempre o seu propósito é viver um amor romântico ou um conto de fadas real. É, acima de tudo, um amor que transforma.

Há quem fale em "chamas gémeas" e "almas gémeas" para distinguir estas intensidades. A verdade é que quem atraímos é um reflexo do que carregamos. Se não gostamos do que estamos a atrair, talvez seja o momento de parar e olhar para dentro. O outro é apenas o espelho que nos mostra o que ainda precisamos de curar ou iluminar em nós próprios.

EN: Reflection: Soulmates and Twin Flames

I am often asked if I believe in soulmates. My personal view is that there isn't just one, but several throughout our journey. They appear in our lives to transform us, and their purpose is not always to live out a romantic love or a real-life fairy tale. It is, above all, a love that transforms.

Some speak of "twin flames" and "soulmates" to distinguish these intensities. The truth is that who we attract is a reflection of what we carry. If we don't like what we are attracting, perhaps it's time to stop and look inside. The other is merely the mirror that shows us what we still need to heal or illuminate within ourselves.
