Deixa-me ouvir o som do silêncio
Fechar os olhos e respirar
Encher de ar os pulmões
Para conseguir serenar.

Deixem-me sentir o corpo
Ficar mais tranquilo
Soltando o turbilhão de ideias
Sobre isto e aquilo.

Deixem-me simplesmente estar
Dona e senhora do meu nariz
Seguindo adiante
Procurando apenas ser feliz.

Close my eyes and breathe
Fill the lungs with air
To achieve serenity.

Let me feel the body
To be calmer
Unleashing the whirlwind of ideas
About this and that.

Let me simply be
Mistress of my nose
Moving on
Just looking to be happy.

    Gostei, também é no silencio que consigo escrever algo, nunca com barulhos. chamou-me atenção a imagem, porque sou musico e poeta na S.C.A.L.A em Almada
