Olha ali ao fundo
O sol já espreita
Boas energias
Que o corpo bem aceita.
Olha mais á frente
Para a linha do horizonte
Não te deixes dispersar
Estabelece a tua ponte.
Olha, define bem a tua visão
Caminha sem medos
Alcança o inalcançável
Com o teu corpo e dedos.
Não te deixes deter
Por todos os que desacreditam
Vai até ao fundo
Não permitas que te mintam.

Look there in the background
The sun is already lurking
Good energies
That the body accepts well.
Look ahead
For the horizon line
Do not let yourself be dispersed
Establish your bridge.
Look, define your vision well.
Walk without fears
Reaches unreachable
With your body and fingers.
Do not let yourself be deterred
For all who discredit
Go to the bottom
Do not let them lie to you.
