Nonô's 47th birthday

Today is the day of my 47th birthday, despite all the adversities I managed to get to this day. In October I will tell you my story in more detail.

To mark this date and celebrate with those who read me, I prepared a video with my last sixteen birthdays. I ask you, to help me sing and blow out the candles:

Lots of new, something old, something borrowed, and something blue. All these ingredients were present on my birthday.

4.7 Marathon

Today I start a self-care and self-love marathon that I called 4.7.

As I celebrate 47 years old, I decided to dedicate 47 days to pamper myself, live new experiences and even overcome challenges and share with my followers’ phrases and images.

This marathon starts today 08/15/2022 and ends on 30/09/2022. And it will take place, mainly, in the social networks where Nonô is represented.

It's 47 days, let's let life flow and see where this challenge takes us.
