Sem "stress"
Sem “stress”
Com muita calma
A um ritmo suave e lento
Tranquilizando a alma.
Sem rebuliços
Correrias e turbilhões
A um ritmo próprio
Evitando agitações.
Respeitando os nossos limites
Cumprindo as obrigações
Sem ter de mandar um grito
Para despertar multidões.
Mantendo a paz
Sem perturbações
Sem ir atrás dos outros
E das
suas convulsões.

Without stress
Without stress
Very calmly
At a gentle, slow pace
Reassuring the soul.
Without tumults
Rushes and whirls
At a proper rhythm
Avoiding agitation.
Respecting our limits
Fulfilling the obligations
Without having to send
a shout
To awaken crowds.
Keeping the peace
Undisturbed
Without going after
others
And their upheavals.
