EN: Poetry doesn't ask for permission, nor is it meant to soothe: it is a living territory of catharsis, voice, and attitude. I am M.ª Leonor Costa (Nonô) — writer, performer, and creator of Poesias da Nonô. I give body, sound, and presence to spoken word in Portuguese and English, inhabited by heteronyms navigating the visceral, the sacred, and the everyday. Step inside. Read with your body, listen with your skin, and inhabit this space.

Childhood Reborn

Small forget-me-nots

Legend has it

That a young knight

To offer you to his beloved

And demonstrate is true love

He fell into the river and drowned.

There's who says

That the tears shed by Mary

Originated your blue color version

You were a symbol of Freemasonry

In micro format like only you.

Fifty varieties

Creeping plant

For you someone drowned in the river

Originating in Russia

You like the cold.

Sincere love icon

A way to say I like you

Please do not forget me

Small forget-me-nots

Even far away, I'm here.
