Maldita
borboleta
que bateu
as asas para esvoaçar
e que
inspirou o poeta
com a sua
vontade de se libertar.
Ela
encolheu-se muito tempo
não
brilhando no seu esplendor,
vencida
pelo contratempo
escondeu a
sua dor.
Reprimiu
os seus ímpetos
até ao
limite das suas forças,
perdeu-se
em dialetos
permanecendo
solitária como as corças.
Farta de
brincar às casas
e de se
limitar
Ela abriu
as suas coloridas asas
redescobrindo
o prazer de voar.

Damn butterfly
who beat
the wings to flutter
and that
inspired the poet
with
their desire to be free.
She
cringed for a long time
not
shining in all her splendour
won by
the setback
She hid
her pain.
Suppressed
their urges
within
the limits of their strength
lost in
dialects
remaining
solitary as the deer.
Tired of
playing at houses
and to
limit her self
She
opened her colourful wings
rediscovering
the pleasure of flying.
