The body distills
Need to break free
Reaction of matter and mind
When you want to readapt.
In an ever-changing world
The pores open and close
Forces coming from within
And they will not leave us.
From the top of the head
To the tip of the feet
For the worse, the body prepares itself
Updating what you are.
