As boas energias
De um espírito guarnecido
Revigoram a alma
Tornam o mundo agradecido.

Elixir of Youth
It does not let us grow old.
Disguise the signs
It makes us shine.
Smoothes creases and wrinkles
That appear with age
Strengthens and tones
Returns elasticity.
Acts from the outside in
If it is for outdoor use
You can act in reverse
Departing from the interior.
The way we think
Can rejuvenate us
Or have the opposite effect
Without our realizing it.
The good energies
Of a spirit garnished
Invigorate the soul
Make the world grateful.
