Sou autora de poesia e escrita criativa, e acredito que a palavra não vive apenas no papel: vive na voz, no silêncio e naquilo que sentimos sem saber explicar. O meu trabalho nasce de uma ideia simples: a poesia não é um género — é uma forma de olhar o mundo. Escrevo poesia, crónicas e narrativas que exploram o sensível, o humano e o invisível do quotidiano. Aqui, as palavras não são apenas lidas — são sentidas. Ser

Ser é viver

É uma afirmação

Existir confiante

Está muito além da razão.

Ter consciência da identidade

Não ter pudor em assumir,

Viver de bem com a realidade,

Alegremente e a sorrir.

É saber estar,

Sozinho, ou acompanhado,

É conseguir amar,

E apreciar ser amado.

É uma constante aprendizagem

É um percurso individual

Consciente de que tudo é uma passagem,

Pois que seja com bom astral.

Have no qualms about taking

Live comes with reality

Happily, and smiled.

You get to love

And enjoy being loved.

It is a constant learning
